Crypto airdrops can offer early access to new tokens, but the word “free” often hides the actual cost. Some campaigns require testnet activity and time, while others require identity verification, asset deposits or trading volume.

For Indonesian users, the strongest crypto airdrops available in August 2026 include free testnet campaigns from Orbinum and Canopy, alongside time-limited promotions involving WLFI and other token rewards.
Crypnot reviewed each campaign using official project or platform information. We considered the campaign’s current status, reward structure, participation cost, deadline and suitability for users in Indonesia.
Availability is not guaranteed for every Indonesian user. Account eligibility may depend on regional restrictions, identity verification, wallet history, anti-sybil checks and each platform’s terms.

How Crypnot selected these airdrops
We did not select campaigns only because they advertised large reward pools.
Each entry had to meet the following standards:
- The campaign or reward mechanism is documented by an official source.
- Users can still participate or qualify as of August 6, 2026.
- The main requirements are publicly explained.
- The financial and wallet risks can be reasonably assessed.
- The campaign does not depend primarily on gambling-style activity.
- Indonesian users are not explicitly listed as excluded in the publicly available campaign information reviewed.
A confirmed campaign does not guarantee that every participant will receive tokens. Projects may apply eligibility thresholds, wallet-quality checks, anti-bot controls and regional restrictions before distributing rewards.
1. Orbinum Network Genesis Community Airdrop – ORB

Best for: low-cost testnet campaign
Status: Active
Reward pool: 20 million ORB
Participation cost: Mainly free testnet and community activity
Deadline: Fourteen days before the mainnet launch
Orbinum Network is running its first community season ahead of its planned mainnet launch.
Participants earn ORB Credits by completing community activities, maintaining weekly streaks, referring users, and testing Orbinum’s privacy-focused blockchain features. The project says these credits will convert directly into ORB tokens at the genesis block.
Orbinum has allocated 20 million ORB, equal to 2% of its total token supply, to the Season 1 community pool. Each participant’s final allocation will depend on their credits relative to the total credits earned across the campaign.
How to participate
Users can earn ORB Credits through activities such as:
- Verifying community accounts
- Completing social or educational quests
- Maintaining weekly participation streaks
- Referring other users
- Testing shield, transfer, and unshield functions
- Using selective-disclosure features on the testnet
The project’s roadmap places the public testnet and token-sale phase between July and September 2026, with mainnet planned for the fourth quarter. However, a precise token-generation date has not yet been published.
What users should know
Season 1 is structured as a proportional pool. Collecting credits does not guarantee a fixed number of tokens.
An account with 10,000 credits, for example, cannot calculate its final allocation without knowing the total credits held by all eligible participants.
ORB also does not yet have an established public market price. The eventual value of the reward could therefore be substantial, minimal or zero.
Crypnot assessment
Orbinum is one of the clearer low-cost campaigns in this list because its official documentation confirms both the reward pool and the conversion of credits into tokens.
Still, users should participate for testnet experience rather than assume the campaign will generate income.
2. Canopy Network CNPY Drop

Best for: Points-based testnet participation
Status: Active
Reward: Future CNPY allocation
Participation cost: Mainly free for basic quests
Deadline: Not publicly confirmed
Canopy Network is operating an active rewards platform where users collect CNPY loyalty points by completing quests and interacting with the testnet.
The official platform states that loyalty points will contribute to each user’s final token allocation at launch. It also notes that other factors, including address quality and participation patterns, may affect the result.
How to participate
The available tasks may include:
- Connecting a compatible Web3 wallet
- Linking an X account
- Completing testnet quests
- Maintaining participation streaks
- Accumulating CNPY points
- Interacting with supported Canopy applications
The exact task list may change as new quests are introduced.
What remains unclear
Canopy has not publicly confirmed:
- A fixed total airdrop allocation
- A points-to-token conversion rate
- A snapshot date
- A token-generation date
- A minimum number of points required to qualify
This distinction matters. CNPY points are not CNPY tokens, and they currently have no guaranteed monetary value.
Wallet risk
Users must connect a wallet to participate. A separate wallet containing no valuable long-term holdings is safer for experimental testnet campaigns.
Before approving any wallet request, check what the application is asking permission to do. Crypnot’s guide on what a Web3 wallet is and how wallet approvals work can be used
Crypnot assessment
Canopy offers accessible testnet participation, but its final reward model is less transparent than Orbinum’s.
It may suit users who already participate in testnets, but it should not be treated as a confirmed source of free tokens until the allocation terms are published.
3. Bybit USD1 Hold & Earn – WLFI (ENDING SOON)

Best for: Existing eligible Bybit users who already intend to hold USD1
Status: Active
Reward pool: 38 million WLFI
Participation cost: Requires holding USD1
Deadline: August 16, 2026 at 23:59 UTC (ENDING SOON)
Bybit’s current USD1 Hold & Earn campaign distributes WLFI rewards to eligible users who hold USD1 in their Bybit accounts.
The third month of the promotion began on July 17 and runs through August 16, 2026. Bybit advertises a 38-million-WLFI reward pool and returns of up to 12% APR, subject to the campaign rules and available rewards.
For Indonesian readers, the deadline corresponds to:
- 06:59 WIB on August 17
- 07:59 WITA on August 17
- 08:59 WIT on August 17
Main requirements
Participants generally need to:
- Have an eligible Bybit account
- Complete the required identity verification
- Hold a qualifying USD1 balance
- Register for the campaign when required
- Follow the account and regional conditions shown on the campaign page
Users should confirm eligibility from inside their own accounts before acquiring USD1.
Question: Is this a free airdrop?
Not in the same sense as a testnet reward.
The campaign requires users to hold a real asset. This creates exposure to:
- USD1 issuer and reserve risk
- Exchange-custody risk
- Possible conversion fees and spreads
- Account restrictions
- Changes to the reward rate
- Regional eligibility conditions
Even stablecoins designed to maintain a one-dollar value can face liquidity, custody or redemption risks.
Crypnot assessment
This campaign may be relevant to existing Bybit users already holding USD1. It is not a strong reason for a new user to deposit money solely to chase WLFI rewards.
The advertised APR is not a guaranteed profit after fees, spreads, and token-price changes.
4. Binance USD1 Holder Airdrop – WLFI
Best for: Existing eligible USD1 holders on Binance
Status: Ending soon
Reward pool: 165 million WLFI
Participation cost: Requires an eligible USD1 balance
Deadline: August 7, 2026 at 00:00 UTC
Binance extended its USD1 holder campaign through August 7, 2026. Eligible users share weekly WLFI distributions from a stated 165-million-WLFI pool by holding qualifying USD1 balances in supported Binance accounts.
World Liberty Financial’s official communications describe eligible holdings across Spot, Funding, Margin and Futures accounts. The campaign also includes a higher multiplier connected to qualifying futures open interest.
For Indonesian users, the deadline is:
- 07:00 WIB on August 7
- 08:00 WITA on August 7
- 09:00 WIT on August 7
Why this entry is marked “ending soon”
This campaign expires less than a day after the publishing of this content date.
It is included because it remains active at publication time, but readers arriving after the deadline should assume it has ended unless Binance announces another extension.
Crypnot should update or replace this section immediately after August 7.
Main risks
Users must hold USD1 on a centralized platform. They may face:
- Stablecoin and issuer risk
- Exchange-custody risk
- Conversion costs
- Account or jurisdiction restrictions
- An uncertain individual reward allocation
The futures multiplier deserves particular caution. Users should not open leveraged positions merely to increase an airdrop multiplier. A small promotional reward does not justify liquidation risk.
Crypnot assessment
The campaign is officially promoted and has a large stated reward pool, but its remaining participation window is extremely short.
It is suitable only for users who already meet the conditions. Buying assets or opening futures positions shortly before expiry may cost more than the eventual reward.
5. KuCoin Web3 Wallet × TeQoin Airdrop
Best for: Existing KuCoin Web3 Wallet users comfortable holding USDC on Ethereum
Status: Active
Reward pool: Up to 40,000 TeQoin
Participation cost: Requires at least 10 USDC on Ethereum
Deadline: August 29, 2026 at 08:00 UTC
KuCoin Web3 Wallet and TeQoin are running a task-based campaign offering a prize pool of up to 40,000 TeQoin.
The campaign began on July 29 and runs until August 29. According to the official terms, 2,000 eligible, high-quality wallets will be selected from users who complete all required tasks.
For Indonesian users, the deadline is:
- 15:00 WIB
- 16:00 WITA
- 17:00 WIT
Main requirements
Participants must:
- Use a KuCoin Web3 Wallet.
- Complete the campaign’s social tasks.
- Hold at least 10 USDC on the Ethereum network.
- Submit only one wallet address.
- Pass KuCoin’s internal verification and risk review.
Rewards are expected to be distributed within seven to ten working days after the campaign ends.
Important limitation
Completing all tasks does not guarantee a reward.
The campaign says 2,000 eligible wallets will be selected from qualified participants. The final number of tokens per wallet and the market value of TeQoin are therefore uncertain.
Users should also consider Ethereum transaction fees. Moving 10 USDC to an Ethereum wallet and later withdrawing it may cost more than expected when network fees are elevated.
Crypnot assessment
This is a verifiable, active August campaign, but it is not completely free. It requires USDC, a specific wallet, and possible Ethereum fees.
It makes more sense for existing KuCoin Web3 Wallet users than for someone creating and funding a wallet solely for the campaign.
Why Cambria was not included
Cambria’s Genesis Airdrop was considered during the research process, but Crypnot excluded it from the final list.
Parts of Cambria’s ecosystem involve risk-based or real-money gameplay. Indonesian authorities classify platforms that facilitate money-based wagering on uncertain outcomes as online gambling, even when blockchain or crypto assets are involved. In May 2026, Indonesia’s Ministry of Communication and Digital Affairs blocked Polymarket on that basis.
Are crypto airdrops really free?
Some are free in monetary terms, but every campaign carries a cost.
Possible costs include:
- Network transaction fees
- Wallet and smart-contract exposure
- Asset-holding requirements
- Exchange trading fees
- Stablecoin risk
- Lost funds caused by phishing
An airdrop requiring a deposit, trade, or asset balance should be treated as a promotional campaign, not as free money.
Reward pools can also appear larger than they are. A campaign advertising 20 million tokens may divide those tokens among hundreds of thousands of eligible accounts. Until the token has a liquid market, the size of the pool says little about its value.
How to participate safely
Use only official campaign links – Open campaigns through the project’s official website, documentation or verified platform announcement.
A copied domain can look nearly identical to the genuine website.
Never share recovery information
No legitimate airdrop needs your:
- Seed phrase
- Private key
- Exchange password
- Two-factor authentication code
- Remote device access
Anyone requesting this information is attempting to gain control of your account or wallet.
Use a separate wallet
Create a secondary wallet for testnets, quests and unfamiliar applications. Keep long-term holdings in another wallet that is not connected to experimental platforms.
Read every wallet request
A wallet signature is not always a harmless login. It may authorize token movement, asset approvals or other on-chain actions.
Check the requesting domain, network, contract and permission before confirming.
Do not use leverage for an airdrop
Promotional multipliers do not remove market risk. A leveraged position can be liquidated before the user receives any reward.
Keep records
Save:
- Campaign terms
- Wallet addresses
- Transaction records
- Screenshots of completed tasks
- Token quantities received
- Receipt and sale dates
These records may be useful for disputes, wallet tracking and tax reporting.
Are crypto airdrops available in Indonesia?
Yes, but eligibility depends on platform rules, KYC, regional restrictions and account status.
Which airdrop is best for beginners?
Orbinum and Canopy are simpler because their basic tasks mainly involve free testnet participation.
Are crypto airdrops completely free?
Not always. Some require trading, holding assets, paying network fees or completing identity verification.
Do airdrop points guarantee tokens?
No. Projects may apply eligibility rules, anti-sybil checks and final allocation formulas before distribution.
Can an airdrop steal my crypto?
A fake claim page or malicious wallet approval can steal funds. Never share your seed phrase or private key.
Are airdrop tokens guaranteed to have value?
No. Airdropped tokens may have low liquidity, extreme volatility or no active market after launch.
